Refund Policy

Before production starts

Cancel any time before we begin work on your order and you get a 100% refund, no questions asked. Just reply to your confirmation email or write to us.

Production begins when we start the scripting work for your order, which is usually within one business day of your confirmation email.

After production starts

Once we have started writing and producing, the order is not refundable and cannot be cancelled for a change of mind. What you get instead is the revision work you already paid for: two full rounds on every package. We rework the creative across those rounds — the hook, the script, the pacing, the edit.

We do not close an order because you disliked the first version. We fix it.

The only exceptions are the billing and non-delivery cases listed in the next section — situations where the fault is ours or the charge itself was wrong.

Billing errors and non-delivery

Separately from cancellation, we return your money — at any stage, including after production has started — in these four situations, because in each of them you did not receive what you paid for:

• we cancel or decline your order;
• we cannot deliver the package you paid for;
• you were charged twice for the same order;
• you were charged for something you did not order.

These are corrections of a failed or incorrect transaction, not a right to cancel a job that is under way.

What is not refundable

• A change of mind after production has begun.
• Ad performance. We produce the creatives; we do not control your offer, your targeting, your budget or your landing page, and results are never guaranteed.
• A brief that changes into a different product, offer or audience after work has started — that is a new order, not a refund.
• Delay caused by an incomplete brief, where we asked for what was missing and did not hear back.

How to request a refund

Email info@thirdsecondads.com from the address you used on the order form, with the package name and the date you ordered. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method, normally within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please email us first — almost everything is solved in a day. Opening a chargeback before contacting us costs us both time, and we will respond to it with the order record and the delivery history.
