Who we are

Third Second is a video creative studio based in the United States. We produce AI-generated UGC-style ad creatives for products sold online. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Third Second, and "you" means the person or business placing the order.

What we provide

Each package on this site lists exactly what is included: a number of finished ad creatives, hooks, a written script, captions, B-roll editing, a maximum runtime and a delivery time. The package page is the specification for your order.

We choose the angle, write the script and pick the hooks. That editorial judgement is the service you are buying. Unlimited revisions cover anything that misses the mark.

Orders and payment

An order starts when you submit the order form on a package page and pay for that package. Prices are shown in US dollars and are the full price — there are no retainers, setup fees or per-revision charges.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details. Your order enters our production queue once payment is confirmed.

We may decline or cancel an order before production begins. If we do, you are refunded in full.

What we need from you

To produce your creatives, we need the information requested on the order form — at minimum a working product link, what you sell and who you are selling to.

By submitting a brief you confirm that:

• you own, or are licensed to use, the product, brand, images and any other material you send us;
• the product may lawfully be advertised in the markets you intend to run ads in;
• the claims you ask us to make about the product are truthful and substantiated.

If a brief is incomplete, we email you and the delivery clock starts when we receive what is missing.

Revisions

Every package includes unlimited revisions on the creatives we deliver for that order. A revision means adjusting the work we produced — the hook, the pacing, the script, the edit, the captions.

A revision does not mean a new product, a different offer, or a different audience from the one in the original brief. That is a new order.

Revision requests are made by replying to the delivery email. We treat an order as closed after 30 days without a revision request, though you can always ask us to reopen it.

Delivery times

Delivery times are stated on each package page and are counted in business days from the moment we have a complete brief and confirmed payment. Revision rounds are handled as quickly as we can, and they are not included in the original delivery window.

If we are going to miss a stated delivery time, we tell you before the deadline rather than after.

Ownership and usage rights

Once your order is paid in full, you own the finished creatives we deliver and may use them commercially without limit — paid ads, organic posts, your website, anywhere you like.

We keep the right to show the finished work in our own portfolio and marketing. If you would rather we did not, email us and we will keep your order private.

Working files, prompts, scripts drafts and internal production assets stay with us unless we agree otherwise in writing.

AI-generated content

The people, voices and scenes in these creatives are generated with AI. They are performances, not real customers, and nothing we deliver is a genuine testimonial or an endorsement by a real person unless we tell you explicitly that it is.

You are responsible for how the creatives are used: for following the advertising rules of the platforms you run them on, for any AI-content disclosure those platforms require, and for the truthfulness of the product claims in the script.

What we will not produce

We decline work for:

• adult, sexual or violent content;
• illegal products and services, weapons, or regulated substances where advertising them is unlawful;
• hateful, harassing or discriminatory messaging;
• medical, health, financial or income claims that we consider misleading or unsubstantiated;
• anything that impersonates a real person, brand or public figure without their permission.

If we discover after payment that an order falls into one of these, we cancel it and refund you in full.

No guarantee of ad performance

We produce the creatives. We do not run your ad account, set your budget, price your offer or control your landing page, and advertising results depend on all of those.

Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific return, conversion rate, view count or revenue figure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profit, lost ad spend, lost data, or a platform suspending your account.

Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims arising from material you supplied to us, from product claims you asked us to make, or from how you used the delivered creatives.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are covered in full by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: a full refund before production begins, and unlimited revisions instead of a refund once it has. The only money returned after production starts is for a billing error or an order we fail to deliver, as set out in that policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that governs that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
