Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect the details you type into the order form, plus the standard server logs our website host keeps. We never see your card number, we do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train anything of our own. Ask us and we delete your record, apart from the transaction records that tax and accounting rules require us to keep.

What we collect

When you place an order or email us, we collect:

• Contact details — the name and email address you enter on the order form.
• Order details — your product link, what you sell, who you are selling to, the aspect ratio you picked and any notes or files you attach.
• Payment confirmation — the amount, the currency, the date and a Stripe reference. We do not receive your card number, expiry date or security code.
• Correspondence — the emails you exchange with us, so we can keep track of revisions.
• Basic technical data — our website host records standard server logs such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it

We use this information only to:

• produce and deliver the creatives you ordered;
• send you the order confirmation, the delivery and any revision correspondence;
• take payment and keep the accounting and tax records we are required to keep;
• answer questions you send us;
• protect the site from spam and abuse.

We do not send marketing emails to people who have not asked for them, and we do not sell, rent or trade your data.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are entered on Stripe infrastructure and go directly to Stripe — they never pass through our servers and we cannot see them. Stripe handles that data as a payment processor under its own privacy policy.

Who else processes your data

We keep the list of third parties short, and each of them only sees what it needs to do its job:

• our website host and form plugin, which store the submission so we can read it;
• our email provider, which carries the messages between us;
• Stripe, for payment processing;
• the production tools we use to generate and edit video, which receive the creative brief material needed to produce your order.

We do not give anyone permission to use your information for their own marketing.

AI production tools

Producing your creatives involves AI generation tools. Brief material — such as your product description and product images — is processed by those tools to create the video. We do not send them your contact details or payment information.

How long we keep it

Order records and correspondence are kept while your order is open and for as long as you may reasonably ask for a revision or a copy of your files, and after that for as long as tax and accounting rules require us to keep the transaction record. Anything beyond that is deleted.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can email us and ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• send you a copy of your data;
• delete your record, where we are not required to keep it.

Send the request to info@thirdsecondads.com from the address you ordered with, and we act on it within 30 days. If you are in the EU, the UK or California, these rights are granted to you by law and we do not charge for them or treat you differently for using them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, access to order records is limited to the people producing the work, and payment data never reaches us. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not keep data we do not need — which is the most effective protection available.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data there. If you order from outside the US, you are sending your information to be processed in the US.

Children

This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
